Initial Movement Screening
All plans include a comprehensive movement screen so we can understand how you move, highlight any weaknesses or imbalances, and create a programme bespoke to your needs.
INSCYD Testing
Metabolic profiling that pinpoints your strengths and weaknesses as a cyclist, so the strength programme we build sits properly around your physiology.
VALD Force Plate Testing
Objective measurement of force production, asymmetries and movement quality. Data we use to track progress and refine your programme over time.
Monthly Strength Programming
Each month, your programme is delivered via Bridge, which lets you track your sessions and view videos for every exercise.
1:1 Coach Support
Weekly check-in call, three videos per week for feedback, unlimited WhatsApp support, and adjustments made on a weekly basis.
Full Integration With On-Bike Training
We understand the difficulty of balancing riding, lifting, and life besides, so we work to seamlessly integrate it around any plan you’re following.
Specialised Workshops
Small-group sessions on specific topics — strength foundations, race-prep, off-season planning. Open to riders outside our 1:1 programmes.
