FAQS

Do I need any equipment/a gym membership?

No! Whilst it’s obviously going to be an advantage to have access to a gym full of equipment, we know that this isn’t going to be accessible to everyone all of the time. We’ll discuss with you what you have available and write your programme accordingly.

Which package/programme option is right for me?

Have a look at our comparison table here, or get in touch with us via email if you have any questions.

How do I get my programming?

All programmes will be delivered via the Bridge app, where you will also be able to view videos of all the exercises you have planned and record your sessions.
